A track inspection was done at 4:30 this morning by our track steward, another track inspection will be done after track work has finished this morning at 8am. The track will be groomed this morning after track work with the 4 meter gallop master in readiness for todays race meeting. Current weather conditions are fine, We had 9mm of rain within the last 24 hours making it a total of 16 mm over the last 7 days, Today’s weather condition predicts mainly cloudy with a 50% chance of receiving 1-5mm of rain. A final track will be inspection will be conducted at approximately 90 minutes before the first today with the race day stewards and myself.
